It is stipulated in Belgian law for high threshold Seveso plants and by corporate guidelines to revise the process safety study on a 5 yearly frequency. This presentation will show with a practical example (distillation unit) how additionally the information/data should be gathered so that the Process Hazard Analysis documentation can be used for training purposes of process operators.
